Head (Shoulders) Knees (And Toes)

Dylan is 8 months old. And I’m still unashamedly wearing the giant, hideous, (but super comfy) knickers I bought in preparation for my caesarean. Purchased safe in the knowledge that they’d come up-and-over the pretty large scar.

I’m of the opinion, now, that once you’ve moved into true comfort territory there really is no going back (cue shudders from Queer Eye’s Tan France).

Anyway, I thought I’d pop on to say Hi!

I’m currently recovering from the knee operation I had last week. I had the surgery to repair a meniscus tear. We’ll see how it goes and hopefully, I can begin to work more on strengthening my (weak) left side again.

I’ll soon be having my quarterly MRI scan. In fact, it’s just a couple of weeks off.

Given the last two – in March and August – were stable, I have to say I’m feeling pretty positive!

I’ve got LOADS of stuff I want to do here on the blog and also the social media front, including a potentially exciting new project… the challenge (as always) is to carve out some baby-free laptop time.

Watch this space! Must get back to the giggling, yogurt-stained cutie soon.

Sar x
